01Information We Collect

We collect account details from your Google log-in - your email address and authentication metadata. We do not store passwords.

When you use Ihroteka, we store the library data you provide, including catalog entries, ownership records, playthroughs, ratings, and reviews.

02How We Use Information

We use your data to provide account access, store your collection, and operate the service reliably.

We may use aggregated, anonymized usage metrics for analytics and product planning.

04Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate Ihroteka, such as hosting and email-delivery partners.

We may disclose data when required by law or to protect users, the public, or the integrity of the platform.

05Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

If you request account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, unless retention is legally required.

06Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data.

You can export your full library at any time from Settings, and request other actions through the Contact page.

07Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
